Practicing to Expand Your Awareness

It is up to you to decide how much you want to do to prepare for our session. In truth, the most important and only requirement is to trust the process, and yourself and show up!

However, many benefit greatly by learning to quieten the mind, as well as reading helpful articles debunking myths and providing relevant information about these sessions, and also by doing some practical things like practicing.

Below I will share a few suggestions that you may explore if you wish to, but these practices are not necessary for a session.

You may want to practice relaxing and allowing yourself to access information with all your senses.

Keep a pad of paper or voice recorder near you if you’d like to record impressions or details of your experience. DO NOT LISTEN WHEN DRIVING or doing anything that requires your full attention. Enjoy the guided meditation.
